Artwork Requirements
Please stick to these guidelines so we can create your artwork as quickly and easily as possible.
Supported Software
Adobe Photoshop CS
------Images should be at least 100 ppi at final print size.
Adobe Illustrator CS
------Convert all text to paths (Create Outlines), include all linked and embedded files.
Macromedia Freehand 10
------Convert all text to paths
Quark Xpress 6
------Include all linked files and fonts, we can only accept Mac fonts
If you are using a program that we don't support please export / save as an .eps file for
vector programs, or a .tif for
bitmap programs.
Please save all submitted artwork with file extensions.
Scanned Images
If you are scanning in an image or are getting an image scanned, to be used for you artwork, make sure you get it scanned at the right resolution.
Example: If you have an 8" x 10" photo that you want on your display at 32" x 40" you will need to have the photo scanned in at 400 ppi so when we enlarge it you don't lose any image quality.
Logos
When sending in logos send us vector artwork if you have it, if not supply the artwork as a .tif. The bitmap (.tif) artwork may not be good enough quality to use but we maybe able to recreate your logo but that adds to your design charge.
Submitting Files
You can mail us a cd, dvd, or 100mg zip disk.
You can email files if they are under 5mgs, email files to your Sales Rep.
You can upload your files to our FTP site, contact your Sales Rep. for FTP information
If you are sending REVISED / REPLACEMENT artwork please specify that.
