ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDERS
All orders are acknowledged via fax. Review your acknowledgement carefully and communicate discrepancies promptly. Unless we are notified immediately, we will not be responsible for errors. Credit will not be issued after an order has been produced.

CANCELLATIONS
All orders are considered firm, and cannot be cancelled without approval from SD Modular Displays. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing. Cost genrated prior to cancellation will be invoiced and deducted from the deposit received.

CHECKLIST FOR PRODUCTION-READY ORDER
Purchase orders should be sent via fax, email or traditional mail. To ensure accurracy, your purchase order MUST include the fllowing to be considered a production-ready order:
  • Purchase order number
  • Company name, contact name, phone and fax numbers
  • Billing address
  • Shipping address, if different then billing
  • Item number(s) / description(s)
  • Color of item(s)
  • Quantity of item(s)
  • Requested ship date
  • Shipping method
  • In-hands date, if applicable
  • Credit has been established or payment received
  • Special instructions
  • Rush charges, if applicable
The following information MUST be included on an imprinted order (for more information goto the Graphic Guidelines
  • Imprint color(s)
  • Artwork delivery method (e-mail, disk, etc.)
  • Typestyle and size, if applicable
  • Properly formatted art
  • Type of Proof (faxed or e-mailed)
  • Fax or E-mail address to send proof
  • Hard copy (fax) of art
  • PMS color matching information, if applicable
  • Design charges, if applicable

IMPORTANT: If your order is missing any of the above imformation, requires art changes or a proof revisions, it will not be considered production ready. YOUR ORDER WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD SATUS AND YOU WILL BE CONTACTED FOR CLARIFICATION. PRODUCTION TIME WILL BEGIN WHEN ALL INFORMATION IS RECEIVED AND FINAL APPROVAL HAS BEEN SUBMITTED. SD Modular Displays will not accept responsibility for errors on verbal orders / revisions.

COLOR MATCHING
The color swatches shown on this website are for reference purposes only and are not intended to match exact Pantone® Color Standards. For accurate Pantone® Color Standards, refer to the current edition of the Panton® Color Formula Guide. We do not guarantee exact PMS color matching on any of our products. For absolute verification of color contact customer service for a sample color swatch.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS
On our website, we have included our most high demand products, but keep in mind that we can produce custom products for you. After perusing our website, contact us if you do not see exactly what you need.

FAXING ORDERS
Faxed orders are accepted as original orders. Any written confirmation of the faxed order MUST BE MARKED "CONFIRMATION OF FAX" to avoid duplication. SD Modular Displays is not responsible for any fax malfunction that would affect recipt of the order or omitted information on the order.

FREIGHT CLAIMS
INSPECT ALL DELIVERIES CAREFULLY AND NOTE ANY DAMGE WHEN SIGNING FOR YOUR ORDER. Unless specified on oreder SD Modular Displays will use the best shipping method based on information provided on your order. We cannot be responsible for freight charges incurred including any estra charges such as inside delivery, interlining of carriers, and international shipments. Lost, damaged or delayed merchandise is the responsibility of the carrier. Initiate any claim with the carrier within 15 days.

IMPRINT METHODS
SD Modular Displays employs a variety of state-of-the-art imprinting techniques including direct screen print, thermo print, vinyl applique, dye sublimation and digital ink jet printing. Webiste pricing reflects use of the most appropriate and cost-effective method that best reproduces art to acceptable commercial standards. For this reason, 3 or more imprint colors will usually be produced via Full-Color Dye Sublimation.

ORDER MINIMUM
There is a $25.00 order minimum. Please select additional product in order to meet this minimum.

PRICING
Prices are effective January, 2005 and subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to review of payment terms and final acceptance by SD Modular Displays. We cannot assume liability for non-fulfullment of orders caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to the inability to obtain raw materials, embargoes, strikes, fires, floods, and acts of terrorism.

REPEAT ORDERS
For exact repeat orders, there is no art set-up charge if order is repeated within 2 years. After 2 years it is considered a new order. To ensure exact duplication, please indicate our most recent order number, your previous purchase oder number, and previous order date. Exact product, color and imprint color cannot be guaranteed on repeat orders, due to slight variations in lot runs. Variations will be considered acceptable. We reserve the right to improve our processes which may make repeat orders impossible.

RETURNS
Product cannot be returned without prior Customer Service approval. SD Modular displays will provide a Return Authorization number. Claims for damge, defect or count discrepancy should be reported upone receipt of merchandise, or as soon as is reasonably possible. Credit will not be issued for merchandise that is unavailable to be returned to SD Modular Displays. Non-imprinted standard items may be returned within 30 days of receipt and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Product that has been damaged or is other wise unfit for resale cannot be returned for credit. SD Modular Displays reserves the right to limit the return of standard products order in quantities of 5 or more.

SET-UP CHARGE
Each new imprinted order will incur an art set-up charge as listed on the product page. There is no set-up charge on exact repeat orders placed within two years of the invioce date of the last order, provided artwork is identical, same size and on the same item. See REPEAT ORDERS.

SHIPMENT, IN-HANDS DATE
All orders should specify an "In-hands Date" and specify the shipment method. If the shipping method is not specified, SD Modular Displays reserves the right to ship by whatever means are necessary to meet the "In-hands Date".

SHIPPING CHARGES
There is an 8% shipping charge added to all orders with a minimum of $15.00, which ever is greater.

SHIPPING POINT
All shipments are F.O.B. Minnesota (unless otherwise noted). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to the invoice.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Due to unavoidable style modifications and enhancements from manufacturers, we reserve the right to substitute products of comparable cost and style for those illustrated on this site. We reserve the right to withdraaw any item(s) and change price without notification.

TERMS AND CREDIT
Our terms are 50% with orders and 50% on day of shipment. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or comapny check. Production will not begin until the Credit Department has received 50% payment. Checks require a 5 day waiting period. A service charge of $50.00 fill be applied to all returned checks.

TRADEMARKS
Imprints shown on this website are for illustrative purpose only. By submitting an order with artwork to SD Modular, customer represents that the use or display of artwork will not violate applicable laws or client restrictions and hereby holds SD Modular Displays harmless from all claims.

WARRANTY AND REPAIR
Contact Customer Service to obtain a return authorization number. This number must appear on the shipping label of the returned merchandise and on all associated paperwork. include the following information when requestiong a return authorization number. SD Modular's original invioce number, item number and description of merchandise, and reason for return. Inbound freight to SD Modular is the responsibilty of the sender. SD Mdoular will return warranty repairs via UPS Ground service at no charge.
